Christeyns Acquires TX Chems Supplier

Christeyns, a TRSA associate member, recently announced the acquisition of Team Systems Inc., a Houston-based supplier to the laundry, dry cleaning and hospitality industries in the U.S., according to a news release.

Based on the success of Christeyns’ European subsidiary, Cole & Wilson, a market leader in the United Kingdom for formulating and manufacturing dry and wet cleaning chemicals, Christeyns has decided to integrate Team Systems into a new U.S. company, dubbed Cole & Wilson LLC.

“For several years our relationship with Mike Moore, president and owner of Team Systems, has been great,” said Rudi Moors, president of Cole & Wilson LLC. “We all were convinced that now was the right time for Team Systems to become part of the Christeyns group to create a perfect foundation for the rollout of Cole & Wilson in the USA.”
