Cintas Identified Among Canada’s Best Employers

The recently released 2017 Aon Best Employers in Canada study named Cintas Canada Ltd. as one of the best companies in a list of large employers in that country. This is the ninth year that the list has included Cintas, according to a news release.

“Our employee partners are a key component of our success, and we are thrilled to be recognized once again,” said James Dawe, vice president, Cintas Canada. “We pride ourselves on taking care of each other and working together at every level of the organization to exceed our customers’ expectations.”

Cintas was included among 39 organizations with more than 400 employees, and another 40 small and midsize employers (50-300 employees) that were named in the Aon study.

Neal Crawford, an Aon Hewitt partner and Canada leader for talent rewards and performance, said winners of the company’s top honors in the gold and platinum categories must demonstrate a commitment to superior performance in a number of areas. “Being an Aon Best Employer in Canada doesn’t just happen,” he said. “It takes teamwork and a commitment to excellence from leaders, managers and employees alike.
