Miller’s Textile Opens New Service Center

Miller’s Textile Services, Wapakoneta, OH, recently announced the opening of a new 4,900-square-foot service center in Defiance, OH, about 60 miles north of the company’s headquarters, according to news reports.

The new service center has six shipping and receiving docks. It will replace a separate location on Jackson Avenue in Defiance that’s served the company’s needs for 30 years, the article said. “This new larger center expands our service and warehousing capacity,” said Sam Bear, Defiance service director for Miller’s Textile. “We can now host on-site training, health fairs and customer meetings.”

The new facility will provide office space for four account managers, one route supervisor and a service director. The center will service clients as far west as Ft. Wayne, IN (47 miles); north to Coldwater, MI (70 miles); east to Toledo, OH (55 miles); and south to Van Wert, OH (36 miles).

Route Supervisor Jon Van Cleave said staff have reacted very positively to the new center, and he’s pleased with the expanded capacity it will provide. “We look forward to being able to grow our business and continue to take excellent care of our customers.” Click here to learn more.
