Thermopatch Taps Sr. Design Engineer

Thermopatch Corp., Syracuse, NY, recently announced the appointment of Jim Sinclair to serve as senior design engineer. He will oversee the engineering department, quality control and will facilitate all development efforts on the company’s identification equipment.

Sinclair has over 30 years’ experience in product development, manufacturing (drafting documentation, and management in drafting) and engineering in various industries. He’s trained in Lean manufacturing and ISO certification. He also has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from SUNY Institute of Technology in Utica, NY.

Thermopatch is a global company based in Syracuse. The company specializes in supplying garment/textile identification systems, including an emphasis on the manufacture and distribution of various garment-embellishment products to apparel manufacturers worldwide.
