UniFirst Names 2014 Aldo Croatti Award Winners

A group of 10 employees recently received the most coveted recognition that UniFirst Corp. gives for customer service: the Aldo Croatti Awards. These employees were selected from thousands of UniFirst route sales representatives (RSRs) in the U.S. and Canada. Named for the company’s founder, Aldo Croatti, the award is presented to RSRs who exemplify unparalleled customer service and satisfaction, while retaining 100% of their customers for an entire fiscal year.

On a weekly basis, the 10 award winners service a total of 1,035 UniFirst customers. "It's people like these who play an integral role in UniFirst's ability to grow year after year, and it is a privilege and honor to recognize their continued commitments and efforts," said UniFirst President and CEO Ron Croatti.

This year’s winners include:

  • Jerry Hernandez (Corpus Christi, TX)
  • Patrick Lebel (Montreal, Quebec)
  • Rigoberto Madrid Jr. (San Diego)
  • Keith Penrod (Tulsa, OK)
  • William Prad (Meadville, PA)
  • Ulises Ruiz (Portland, OR)
  • John Saucedo (Albuquerque, NM)
  • Mastin Spencer (Marion, VA)
  • Ross Williamson (Altoona, PA)
     

As part of their honors, each 2014 Aldo Croatti Award winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the Four Seasons Resort in Maui, HI, in December, where Croatti will formally recognize them. Click here for details.
