The European laundry equipment manufacturers Jensen Group and Kannegiesser USA will be the primary sponsors of TRSA’s upcoming motorcoach tour of facilities in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands in May following the Texcare International trade show in Frankfurt.

The tour departs on Wednesday, May 9 and returns to Frankfurt by noon the following Saturday. Tour stops in the aforementioned countries include five processing plants, plus the Kannegiesser manufacturing complex in Vlotho, Kannegiesserring Germany. The first destinations after the factory visit are to two of that company’s German installations:

• ALSCO, industrial, Frankfurt
• Kruppert Wäsche Dienst KG, hospitality, Heimatsgarten
   

Plants with Jensen equipment are on the tour’s last three stops at:

• Rentex, healthcare, Stein, Netherlands
• Basse Meuse, hospitality, Vottem, Belgium
• Depairon, industrial, Verviers, Belgium
   

The schedule maximizes time at these destinations and provides a range of processing equipment and markets, while minimizing travel, which is estimated at less than 15 total hours over four days aboard the motorcoach. A single fee covers participants’ transportation and three night’s lodging and meals. See the excursion registration link above for details.

You must register separately for the trade show, which runs May 5-9. Last held in 2008, Texcare drew 15,000 attendees, roughly 70% of them from Europe. Exhibit square footage totaled about 330,000, roughly 80% more than Clean in 2011 in Las Vegas.  The TRSA tour does not cover the cost of attending the Texcare show; see separate link above for expo information.
