Mid-Range Restaurant Survey: Table Linen Business Potential
A market research study of more than 100 decision-makers at U.S. restaurant chains. It analyzes usage patterns purchasing priorities, attitudes toward and satisfaction with cloth vs. paper napkins. The goal of the study is to serve as a basis for individual textile rental company strategy to increase use of linen napkins in the mid-size restaurant market as well as increase penetration among current linen napkin users. A primary objective of the study was to determine at what point -- cost, size, etc. -- mid-size restaurants that use paper napkins would switch to linen rental.
