TRSA Heart of the Industry Awards
TRSA’s Heart of the Industry Awards call attention to employees whose contributions are rarely heralded industry-wide. These are plant and customer-service workers who work extra hard and significantly improve the lives of colleagues and clients. TRSA Heart of the Industry candidates may be nominated by member companies.
Employees who embody the Heart of the Industry display any one of the following attributes in abundance or possess a combination of these traits:
Dedication and Talent
- Exceptional skills, reflected in extraordinary efficiency
- High persistence, overcoming odds to achieve unexpected success
- Consistent loyalty, attending to company priorities before personal needs
- Selfless team player, devoting time to help others as opposed to only performing one’s own duties
- Sharp customer focus, taking extra care to fulfill accounts’ unique needs
- Truly goal-oriented, dedicating whatever time is necessary to make deadlines or quotas
For the Above and Beyond Award
In exhibiting any of the above characteristics, in a single instance or repeatedly, the winner of this award will be an employee who displays great valor, heroism, or altruism (public service) or otherwise demonstrates unique self-sacrifice and dedication to others.
