Senator Tours Appeara, Touts Tax Plan

U.S. Sen. Deb Fischer (R-NE) recently visited TRSA operator member Appeara at its facility in Norfolk, NE, according to news reports. The senator toured the linen, uniform and facility services company’s plant and discussed topics including NAFTA and the new tax plan, among other issues.

Online Production Training Available Free to TRSA Members

To aid linen, uniform and facility services operators in orienting production employees to fundamental laundry processes (sorting, washing, drying, finishing and packing out items), TRSA’s On-Demand Learning Center now contains four Production Training Series. Free for member use on the Internet, these videos depict commonly used machinery and techniques for processing items for the restaurant (F&B), healthcare, hospitality (hotel) and industrial/uniform markets.

Clean ’19: General Contractor Selected
