EMI: Creating Strong Leaders through Education and Networking

TRSA’s 55th Annual Ehrlich-Stempler Executive Management Institute (EMI) continues the tradition of placing a high value not only on educational benefits but on the strong networks created by attendees of the four-year institute. Relationships among EMI colleagues grow stronger during the four years that EMI attendees gather for training, and even more so as the years pass, and EMI graduates rise within the industry. A recent review of the program shows 41% of the 406 EMI attendees and graduates from 2014-18 are succeeding in higher level positions: 10% now hold the position of general manager, 19% are vice presidents and 12% are company presidents.

WSI Gets MVP2 Award for the Third Time
