TRSA offices will remain closed on Monday, Feb. 21, in observance of President’s Day.

TRSA will host a pair of three-hour summits, the F&B Virtual Summit & Roundtable on March 15 and the Hospitality Virtual Summit & Roundtable the following day, and will introduce Flexible Felix and Meticulous Maeve, the decision-making personas during each event. The two persona profiles have been developed by Yes&, a marketing agency based in Washington, DC, through consumer and B2B research collected over the past five months as part of TRSA’s Market Recovery and Expansion Research.

The staff of Textile Services recently received word from the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (MarCom) that TRSA’s monthly magazine was recognized with a MarCom Gold Award for editorial excellence.

Medico Healthcare Linen Service recently upgraded its equipment at its Long Beach, CA, plant. The upgraded equipment increased the facility’s throughput and capacity, as well as its commitment to eco-friendly operations.

ImageFIRST recently announced that its brand, Faultless Healthcare Linen, an ImageFIRST Co., will be renamed and rebranded to ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, now matching the corporate logo and brand. This comes after the acquisition of Faultless Healthcare Linen in May 2019, according to a news release.
