TRSA will host a pair of three-hour summits, the F&B Virtual Summit & Roundtable on March 15 and the Hospitality Virtual Summit & Roundtable the following day, and will introduce Flexible Felix and Meticulous Maeve, the decision-making personas during each event. The two persona profiles have been developed by Yes&, a marketing agency based in Washington, DC, through consumer and B2B research collected over the past five months as part of TRSA’s Market Recovery and Expansion Research.

This comes after the acquisition of Faultless Healthcare Linen in May 2019, according to a news release.
