Users can view the website at LaundryServices.org. It includes a searchable directory of TRSA members so local businesses can find one near them.

Operators Report Record Revenues in Latest Survey

Robert W. Baird & Co. and TRSA recently released the results of their First-Quarter 2023 Uniform & Linen Rental Survey. A record percentage of survey respondents on both the uniform and linen rental side of the business reported revenues meeting or exceeding their expectations in the first quarter.

Linen and uniform services pressed for decades to retain production employees have been relieved to an extent by adopting less labor-intensive technologies most easily accommodated by new or expanded plant floor space. Productivity increases and jobs are more ergonomically sound. In an upcoming series of TRSA virtual roundtable discussions, one member company will facilitate conversation based on its experience starting with a “blank piece of paper” and hitting the “drawing board” with these goals in mind.
