TRSA recently hosted a CEO/Executive Dinner in Washington, DC, following the 14th Annual TRSA Legislative Conference. This annual meeting facilitates information sharing among leaders of the linen, uniform and facility services industry’s largest organizations. Representing both public and privately held companies, the group discussed macroeconomic impacts on their businesses and shared insights into trends, pressure points and opportunities in the industry.

TRSA kicked off the 14th Annual Legislative Conference with a workshop designed for supplier partners on April 9 at the Madison Hotel in Washington, DC. Ben Kniffen, CEO of LinkedSelling, led the session with over 50 attendees and offered skills and tools that enable placing the right message in front of the right person through the right channels, and how to develop a sales process that ties everything together.
Evidence abounded on April 11 that advocacy has strengthened TRSA’s efforts to facilitate greater use of reusable healthcare PPE garments and to open our industry’s access to federal funding for PFAS pretreatment. TRSA members visiting Capitol Hill emerged from their 118 meetings in congressional offices confident that their collective dialogue resonated with policymakers.
NOVO Health Services’ Miami facility took home the TRSA Plant of the Year honor during the April 10 Industry Awards Dinner at the 14th Annual Legislative Conference in Washington, DC. This honor was bestowed among 60 awards to member companies and individuals present at the event in 11 categories of awards.
