The TRSA Annual Legislative Conference offers the opportunity to impact TRSA initiatives and influence the industry’s advocacy agenda. Our diverse membership gathers to raise awareness and educate legislators and regulators about the tax, workplace safety, labor, energy and water and energy concerns affecting the industry. In addition, volunteer leaders from around the world gather to share information regarding best management practices, trends, innovations and issues impacting their market segment.

Hill Meetings (All Meetings with Hill Staff and Legislators are Virtual)
The conference improves your team’s skills as educators and company representatives by training them to confer with federal regulators, lawmakers and their key staff. Meeting with influential policymakers and building relationships with industry colleagues performing this same function generates immediate and long-term benefits for your company.

TRSA will recognize the winners of our 2020 Awards. (The 2021 Award nominations will open in the spring of 2021 with Awards presentations being hosted during the October 2021 TRSA Annual Conference.)
Additional TRSA Event Health and Safety Procols Specific to Legislative Conference
As face-to-face meetings are not allowed on the Hill due to the pandemic, attendees will meet with their representatives via virtual meeting. Participants of these meeting will require the use of a personal WiFi enabled laptop, tablet or smart phone. TRSA will have designated safe, socially distant spaces with WiFi for attendees to connect their laptops and conduct meetings. You also have the option to participate in these meetings from your personal hotel room.
Earn CPLM Continuing Education (CE) Credits
Individuals who have earned TRSA’s Certified Professional Laundry Manager (CPLM) credential may earn Continuing Education (CE) credits towards recertification with participation in this event. For more information about TRSA’s CPLM credential, visit www.trsa.org/cplm
Written cancellations received by March 10, 2021, will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Cancellations received after March 10, 2021, will not be refunded and cannot be credited to another TRSA program or event. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows. Cancellations will not be processed until after the event.
