TRSA Virtual Roundtable: Navigating Family Business Dynamics as a Woman

May 19, 2021, 1-3 pm ET   •   Live Virtual Event Register
Sponsored by TRSA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee

Free to TRSA members  |  $35 for Non members

Family dynamics is defined as the patterns of interactions among relatives, their roles and relationships, and the various factors that shape their interactions. When you add that to a business that is family owned and operated, lines tend to become blurred. Working in the family business can be challenging as a woman since the responsibility of personal relationships tends to conflict with professional ones if not properly cultivated.

During this roundtable, presenter Nicole Bettinger Zeidler will discuss how to navigate those dynamics keeping both the personal and business relationships intact:

  • How to professionally communicate with family in a business setting
  • How to set boundaries in the work environment
  • How to coexist professionally

Speaker: Nicole Bettinger Zeidler
Consultant, The Family Business Consulting Group
