Marketing & Sales Summit

The Marketing & Sales Committee brainstorms program content for our annual professional development and networking event, the TRSA Marketing & Sales Summit. In late November 2020, our first virtual presentation of this event welcomed more than 100 marketing and sales professionals from the industry participate. We will work on content for the 2021 event beginning in March 2021.

Industry-Wide Publicity

The committee pursues publicity opportunities for the industry as a whole, creating campaigns that focus on common ground between laundries specializing in various markets (F&B, healthcare, hospitality, industrial). Campaigns emphasize environmental (Earth Day, Clean Green) and economic benefits of outsourcing.

Certification Videos

We are working on promotional videos for Hygienically Clean certification programs; expect to premier the Hospitality video first quarter of 2021.

TRSA videos are found under the Resources header of this site or on our YouTube channel, and are used to explain to the industry’s prospects and customers the benefits of contracting with linen, uniform and facility services companies that have earned these certifications. These are animated videos created by the same producer who used the same style for TRSA videos that prompt the industry’s customers and prospects to recognize the intricacies of laundry processes from sorting to delivery, and to address textile inventory losses.

Meeting Information

We are currently meeting quarterly via Zoom/teleconference. To be included, contact the staff liaison. The next quarterly meeting will be on March 24, 2021, 12 noon – 2 pm EST, in conjunction with the TRSA 11th Annual Legislative Conference. The meeting will pull in live and virtual participants. Additional meetings will be hosted in June, September and December.
