ACLS Receives CT State Grant

Atlantic City Linen Supply LLC (ACLS) in Norwich, CT, is scheduled to receive a $750,000 state loan and a $100,000 grant, according to local media reports.

The $750,000 loan, a 10-year, 2% loan through the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, will help buy new equipment to upgrade the commercial laundry plant. The additional $100,000 grant will pay for employee training, create 20 new jobs and retain the facility’s 110 current employees.

The funding is part of $1.6 million in grants and loans on the Connecticut Bond Commission's agenda for Norwich. For additional details, click here.
