In the latest in a series of leadership moves at Cintas Corp., Paul Adler recently was promoted to the post of vice president and treasurer. He succeeds J. Michael Hansen, who recently advanced to the post of CFO. Adler will report directly to Hansen, according to a news release.

“Paul’s numerous financial positions both within the business and at the corporate level make him well positioned to be treasurer,” Hansen said. “I have every confidence that his leadership, experiences and capabilities will help Paul serve Cintas well in his new role.”

As treasurer, Adler’s responsibilities include managing Cintas’ cash and debt, maintaining banking relationships and managing investor relations activities. Cintas’ board of directors approved the appointment, which takes effect immediately.

Adler joined Cintas in 1997 as a corporate development analyst. He also has served as national accounts controller, global supply chain controller, rental division controller and, most recently, as corporate controller.

Hansen, in turn, succeeded Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO William C. Gale, who retired on Jan. 31. Click here and here for details.
