Annual Conference: TRSA Revises Refund Policy
TRSA’s 108th Annual Conference is scheduled for Oct. 19-21 in Carlsbad, CA, and with cases of COVID-19 rising nationwide, the association recently highlighted its commitment to rigorous health and safety protocols for in-person events, as well as a revised refund policy for those that decide not to attend due to COVID-related issues.
TRSA is excited to host the Annual Conference in California, one of the states with the highest vaccination rates and lowest case rates. TRSA understands your concerns with the continued challenges presented by the pandemic and will be implementing safety precautions and policies consistent with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local government recommendations. TRSA also has revised its refund policy to ensure that if you decide to cancel due to COVID-related issues, the association will credit the amount paid to the TRSA 109th Annual Conference in 2022 or another event.
