ARCO/Murray Finishes HandCraft Buildout

ARCO/Murray recently wrapped up a 56,000-square-foot buildout for HandCraft Linen Services, Richmond, VA, according to a news release.

The project included architectural and engineering design, permitting, building modifications, electrical distribution, process piping and final equipment connections, the release noted. In addition, the facility expansion included a 10,000-squre-foot mezzanine level and 8,500 square feet of office space. Kannegiesser, E-Tech, Metalprogetti and Peak Logix provided equipment for the healthcare laundry.
