ARCO/Murray Renovates Tishman Hotel Laundry

ARCO/Murray, Downers Grove, IL, recently completed a 12,000-square-foot laundry renovation for Tishman Hotel’s Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL, according to a news release. The project scope included permitting, building renovations, electrical distribution, process mechanical installation and final equipment connections.

The entire project was completed in the bottom level of a fully operational resort hotel. This provided some challenges as the renovation got underway. For example, a new pathway was constructed through an existing storage room and carpenter shop to remove the old equipment and rig the new equipment into place.

Steiner Atlantic Corp. provided the equipment package which included a Pellerin Milnor tunnel washer and Chicago Dryer finishing equipment. ARCO/Murray’s Doug Houser served as project manager and Mack Johnson was the project superintendent.
