ARCO/Murray Upgrades TX Laundry

TRSA associate member ARCO/Murray, Downers Grove, IL, recently completed a 55,000-square-foot healthcare laundry build-out for ORC Industries LLC, Brownsville, TX. The project scope was a complete design/build solution including architectural and engineering, permitting and construction services, according to a news release.

The project included a new mechanical room, restrooms, surgical pack room, decontamination room and laundry production area. Upgrades to the facility included new lighting, plant ventilation and spot cooling.

The entire equipment package was provided by Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Co. ARCO/Murray’s Andrew Martinez was project manager and Alan Thompson served as project superintendent.
