Bridging Generations – June Leadership Summit

Posted January 26, 2018 at 1:07 pm

A new TRSA event will guide the evolution of top management in linen, uniform and facility services companies, providing educational sessions for executives at or bound for the highest levels of the organizational chart to prepare them for shifting responsibilities. This Leadership Summit will take place June 13 in Rosemont, IL, near Chicago O’Hare Airport.

Separate sessions on peer-selected topics are planned for:

  • Executives currently at the top of the chart
  • Young executives in high-ranking roles
  • Emerging leaders or those just beginning the climb

General sessions and social activities will combine the groups, enabling young executives and emerging leaders to gather with the industry’s leading CEOs and senior executives to network, share information and develop relationships.

“Providing an opportunity to network within and between these levels is a critical concept in developing and retaining talent,” said Joseph Ricci, TRSA president and CEO.

The Summit also gives participating companies a new way to recognize, reward and develop their young leaders of today and tomorrow. The format builds on the success of previous TRSA CEO/executive conferences, roundtable discussions and young executives’ workshops. TRSA recently established a Young Executives committee, which prompted the Summit’s creation.

CEOs/executives and young executives are asked to identify and register emerging leaders in their companies. To encourage full participation from all companies, registrations are buy two, get one free. Participation is limited to 125 total participants from linen, uniform and facility services companies (TRSA member and non-member) and TRSA associate member companies.

In this productive setting, interactive presentations by business leaders and authors will provoke and challenge participants at each of the three levels to expand their knowledge and share experiences and concerns:
