Choose to Challenge: TRSA Members, Staff Stand for Gender Equality

TRSA members and staff participated in International Women’s Day’s #ChooseToChallenge campaign on March 8. The campaign is designed to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality by striking the #ChooseToChallenge pose.

The TRSA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and its staff liaison Salita Jones invited all TRSA members (regardless of gender) to show their support for this initiative by being part of the association’s social media campaign for International Women’s Day. Members submitted selfies and/or group photos featuring colleagues, family members, etc. striking the “Choose to Challenge” pose.
