Cintas Expands in Long Island (NY)

Cintas Corp., Mason, OH, is expanding its presence in Port Washington, NY, located on the North Shore of Long Island, according to media reports.

The company recently signed a new lease to expand its footprint at 12 Harbor Park Drive to 56,000 square feet, according to a recent article in the Long Island Business News. Cintas will now occupy space on the first and second floors of the Harbor Park Drive building.

“The prominent Harbor Park Drive industrial park in Port Washington is an ideal location for Cintas, as it meets the company’s current and long-term needs and can also accommodate future growth,” Lee Brodsky, BEB Real Estate president, the building’s landlord, said in the article. “The lack of available commercial space in western Nassau County led to this expansion and extension at 12 Harbor Park Drive.”
