Cintas Lends a Hand in Tornado Relief
Matthew 25: Ministries, an international humanitarian aid and disaster-relief organization located in Cincinnati, recently responded to tornadoes that swept through the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, area and across parts of northeastern Texas, causing major damage. Cintas Corp., Mason, OH, was one of multiple corporate donors in the relief efforts, according to a recent news release.
Matthew 25: Ministries’ Disaster Response team departed on Dec. 27, 2015, and arrived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area on Dec. 29 to begin distributing goods to those in need. The trucks were loaded with approximately 15,000 lbs. of relief supplies from multiple corporate donors including Cintas and Procter & Gamble. Supplies included personal kits, cleaning kits, paper products, tarps, blankets, toys, first aid and safety supplies, as well as laundry supplies and equipment including the Tide Loads of Hope Mobile Unit.
Matthew 25: Ministries responds to domestic and international disasters worldwide. Recent relief missions include previous Texas tornadoes and floods; East Coast flooding; tornadoes in Oklahoma, Nebraska, Mississippi, Arkansas and Illinois; Nepal earthquake; California wildfires and drought; West Virginia chemical spill; and Ebola relief.
