Cintas to Shutter Milwaukee-Area Operation

Cintas Corp., Mason, OH, recently announced that it will close its Menomonee Falls, WI, facility, according to a news release. The plant is located in the Greater Milwaukee area.

Cintas regularly examines its operations to determine the optimal structure for continued customer service and future growth. The company recently analyzed the Milwaukee market. Based upon this study, and unforeseeable business circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has made the decision to close its Menomonee Falls location at N51 W139915, Northpark Drive as of Aug. 31, and transition to servicing its customers and processing products to other local operations.

Cintas remains committed to providing service with no disruptions to customers during this transition, the release noted. The company also remains committed to continuing to be a good corporate citizen to the Milwaukee community. Affected employee-partners are encouraged to apply for open positions at other area Cintas’ facilities. If the company is unable to offer continuing employment, severance pay and optional continued healthcare coverage will be provided, the release said.
