Coletti Joins Cintas’ Board of Directors

Cintas Corp, Mason, OH, recently announced that its board of directors increased the number of directors from nine to 10, and appointed Robert E. Coletti as a new member effective July 30, according to a news release.

Coletti has been a partner at the law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp, Cincinnati, since 1988 with a practice concentrated in the corporate, securities and financing areas. He has extensive experience in forming joint ventures, initial public offerings of securities, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures – representing both public and closely held corporations. Coletti is a member of the firm's board of directors and has been listed in the Chambers USA America's Leading Business Lawyers, 2007-2016; The Best Lawyers in America, 2007-2016; and Ohio Super Lawyers, 2004-2016.
