Crothall, Medline Make ‘Great Places to Work’ List

Becker’s Healthcare recently issued its “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare 2017,” a list that includes two TRSA members: Crothall Healthcare, Wayne, PA; and Medline Industries Inc., Northfield, IL.

Issued on Feb. 10, the list assembled by this online trade publication features organizations that encourage professional staff development and promote tomorrow’s leaders, among other initiatives, according to an article on the recognition effort.

Becker’s editorial staff chose the healthcare organizations on the list after reviewing nominations submitted by healthcare groups. Among the criteria for inclusion are: previous recognitions, awards, employee benefits, culture and workplace excellence. The staff also weighed diversity, employee satisfaction and retention in developing the list. Click here for details.
