Crown Linen (FL) to Build New Plant

Crown Linen LLC, Miami, has hired ARCO/Murray to construct a 36,800-square-foot, build-to-suit laundry facility in Fort Myers, FL. ARCO will provide a complete design/build solution, including architectural and engineering design, permitting and construction, according to a new release.

This is ARCO/Murray’s second project with Crown Linen. ARCO’s Doug Houser is the project manager and Glen Broome is the project superintendent.
