‘Everyday Hero’ Contest Deadline Extended

Fashion Seal Healthcare®, a brand of Superior Uniform Group, recently announced that it’s extended to Sept. 25 the deadline for nominations to the company’s inaugural “Everyday Hero” contest.

The contest was organized in conjunction with Fashion Seal’s new lab coat catalogue, which celebrates heroic efforts in healthcare. Nominees could range from a nurse who gives outstanding care, to a security officer who helped someone in need, and many others.

Commercial launderers are encouraged to nominate such “heroes” from client organizations who deserve recognition. Individuals also many nominate healthcare or related service employees that they believe should be recognized for their outstanding contributions to the field.

Nominations should include a description of up to 250 words that explain why the person qualifies as an Everyday Hero. The contest winner will receive a grand prize of an iPad mini, and two runners up each will receive $100 gift cards.
