Faultless Gets Enviro Award
Faultless Healthcare Linen’s Kansas City, KS, facility recently received the Kansas Water Environment Association’s (KWEA) platinum award, the highest award presented by the organization, according to a news release. The company received the honor for 100% compliance with all reports and no violations of any parameters set by KWEA. KWEA presented the platinum award on Aug. 30.
“We are very excited to have received this award as it speaks volumes to the hard work and effort that the staff at our Kansas facility and staff engineering put in to ensure that we are discharging wastewater properly and within compliant levels,” said Seth Morrison, Faultless process engineer.
This is the first year that the KWEA has given out a platinum award, which is given to companies that have five continuous years of gold awards. The parameters met by Faultless to receive the yearly acknowledgements include acceptable levels of TSS (total suspended solids), COD (chemical oxygen demand), pH, oil/grease and surfactants.
