G&K Named a Top Canadian Employer

G&K Services Canada recently was named one of the 50 Best Employers in Canada for the 11th consecutive year, according to a news release. G&K is one of only seven organizations that have made the list for 11 consecutive years.

The survey was conducted by Aon Hewitt, a global human resources consulting and outsourcing firm, and measured how well organizations perform in six key areas: leadership excellence, manager effectiveness, enabling productivity, growth and development, valuing and appreciating employees, and overall employee experience.

"It is an honor to again be recognized as one of the best employers in Canada," said Kevin A. Fancey, president of G&K Services Canada. "As a service company, we realize that we can only prosper by having a highly engaged workforce, focused on meeting the needs of our customers.”

The 2015 list of the Best Employers in Canada will appear in the Nov. 17 issue of Maclean's Magazine. The study results also can be accessed at www.bestemployerscanada.com.
