ImageFIRST Dallas Gives Back to Community
ImageFIRST Dallas, which provides healthcare uniforms in Arlington, TX, and other major cities, has been involved in a variety of community service projects during the past few months, according to a news release.
In April, ImageFIRST Dallas associates helped the students and faculty at Hillwood Middle School in Fort Worth, TX, by donating over 100 sheets, which are currently being used for various painting projects in classrooms. Principal Kathleen Eckert expressed deep gratitude for the gesture, and was delighted to hear that Hillwood is one of ImageFIRST Dallas' target schools in its upcoming backpack drive initiative.
Then in May, associates teamed up with The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center, which helps provide housing for homeless individuals. Once housing is established, attaining the necessities can still be challenging, so ImageFIRST Dallas associates put together starter kits for some of the new tenants, which included sheets, towels, laundry detergent, dishes, cookware and more. Associates personally delivered the baskets to The Bridge Center.
In June, ImageFIRST Dallas associates volunteered at the Back On My Feet 5k race, which takes place to raise money and awareness in hopes of eliminating homelessness. Back On My Feet races take place across the country, and ImageFIRST associates will participate in the Dallas event on June 25.
