ImageFIRST Helps One of its Own (and Others)

Like many textile services companies, ImageFIRST is actively engaged in local charitable efforts. However, sometimes that support not only helps residents of a community in need, but also one of the donor company’s own employees.

That was the case with a recent gift of bed and bath linens by ImageFIRST Atlanta to a local women’s shelter where one of the residents is an employee of the laundry, according to a news release. The employee brought staff members to see the shelter during one of the company’s “morning huddles,” the release said. Subsequently, ImageFIRST donated linens to the shelter to aid in its efforts to help residents.

“Women in need of a space is an issue close to the heart of every ImageFIRST Atlanta employee, especially as one of the associates from the company was living there at the time,” the release said. Click here for details.
