Indy Hanger, Indianapolis, continues its growth with the opening of a new 47,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Sparks, NV, according to a news release. The new facility will increase the company’s capacity by roughly 30%.

Since opening for business eight years ago, Indy Hanger has focused on manufacturing rust-free galvanized hangers for the uniform rental and dry cleaning industry. The opening of the plant has improved service to West Coast customers with same-day shipping, as well as added jobs for the community, the release said.

Co-founders Roger Crowder and Walt Smith recently were honored by the Reno, Sparks and Tahoe Economic Development Authority for bringing jobs to the community.
