Kleen-Tex Industries Inc., Atlanta, recently announced its board of directors’ unanimous decision to name Duncan Allen as company president. Allen brings more than 30 years of experience working with Kleen-Tex, first as vice president of international operations, and for the past 12 years, as CFO.

“As international VP, Duncan was instrumental in developing many of our global businesses,” said Kleen-Tex Chair and CEO Bruce K. Howard. “He has a firm grasp and understanding of both the business of Kleen-Tex, as well as for the matting industry and related markets we serve.”

Allen graduated from Presbyterian College with a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, and received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
