Loads of Love: Faultless Gives Back to KC Schools

United Way of Greater Kansas City recently held its second-ever #LoadsOfLoveKC event on Nov. 28, also dubbed “Giving Tuesday” to encourage citizens to make contributions to their charity of choice. TRSA operator member Faultless Healthcare Linen and Faultless Starch took part in the charitable cause by contributing 50 cents for every dollar raised toward donating washer/dryer facilities to five Kansas City Public Schools, according to a news release.

Every day, children miss school because they don’t have access to clean school uniforms. On-site washer/dryer facilities lead to improved attendance, provide autistic classrooms with life skills tools, and help involve parents in the school setting, according to a news release.

The United Way’s goal was to raise $15,000 total, the release said. For more information and to donate, visit https://app.mobilecause.com/f/1lsj/n/. To read more, click here.
