Local News Pays Homage to Morgan Linen Chairman

George Walker Morgan Jr., 78, the chairman of the board of Morgan Linen Service, Menands, NY, recently passed away. His memory and contributions to the community and economy were honored in a news broadcast by WNYT NewsChannel 13, an NBC affiliate in Albany, NY.

Morgan Jr. served as Morgan Linen Service’s chairman of the board since 1981. He is survived by his wife, Susan E. Price Morgan of Brunswick, NY; son, Walker K. (Tiffany) Morgan of Ballston Lake, NY; daughter, Lauren E. (David) Hullinger of Ft. Worth, TX; and grandchildren Kamryn, Chase, Christian and Taylor Morgan and Madeline (Tyson) Graff and Brandon Hullinger. He also had a sister, Linda (Bruce) Levak of Durham, NC.

A private funeral service was held at Morris-Stebbins-Miner and Sanvidge Funeral Home in Troy, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Hospice in memory of George W. Morgan Jr.
