Mc Allister Named Continental Service Director

Continental Girbau Inc., Oshkosh, WI, recently announced the appointment of Dave “Mac” Mc Allister as the company’s director of services and product development.

“Mac comes to us with a wide breadth of experience in technical service, business and product development,” said Continental President Mike Floyd. Mc Allister is filling a new position at the company. “We look forward to him bringing a fresh vision to the company, and simultaneously, contributing streamlined solutions geared toward an enhanced customer experience.”

Mc Allister has managed technical, engineering or development teams over the past 23 years. He has 10 years’ experience related directly to the commercial laundry industry. Since 2000, he’s advanced several times at Magnum Products LLC (now Generack® Mobile Products) in Berlin, WI. In that time, he directed engineering and product-development efforts.

At Continental, Mc Allister will manage the customer service and technical service departments. He’ll develop strategies to help the company meet strategic goals, implement tactical operations plans for enhanced customer experiences; and monitor Girbau Industrial work procedures and schedules.
