MIP Announces Staff Updates

TRSA associate member MIP Inc., Montreal, announced that a pair of high-level executive positions recently were filled at the global reusable healthcare textile company.

MIP promoted Michael Trigiani to vice president, Canada Business Unit. Trigiani has been with MIP for 15 years in various marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility, most recently as the senior product manager for Canada. In the past year, he assumed additional responsibilities as the interim co-lead of the Canadian Business Unit. In this role, he built strong and collaborative relationships with MIP customers. He has now taken on the responsibility full time.

MIP also announced that Francois Pilon has joined the company as its senior vice president of sales and marketing. Pilon brings diverse international marketing and sales expertise, along with a mindset geared toward entrepreneurial growth, to his new role.

Pilon joins the MIP staff from the Montreal-based company Pharmascience, where he was the head of international affiliates. His career path includes a bachelor’s of science in biochemistry at McGill and an MBA from Wales University.
