MMI Grad Joins Bates Troy Staff

TRSA operator member Bates Troy Inc., Binghamton, NY, recently hired Ray Karleski as chief maintenance engineer. Karleski, a graduate of TRSA’s Maintenance Management Institute (MMI), will oversee all aspects of maintaining Bates Troy’s 53,000-square-foot plant and its equipment, according to a news release.

“Bates Troy is excited to have a laundry engineer-veteran like Ray join our team,” said Bates Troy CEO and President Brian Kradjian. “He brings a lot to the table while ensuring the wellness of our plant and equipment.”

Karleski brings 27 years of commercial laundry experience to the role. He is from the Syracuse, NY, area and has previously worked at Clarus Linen Systems and International Wire.

“The opportunity to become a part of the Bates Troy team is an honor,” Karleski said.

Bates Troy is a family owned and operated healthcare linen service, dry cleaning and tailoring, and fire and water restoration company serving New York’s Southern Tier, Central New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania for more than 85 years.
