Cupron Inc., Richmond, VA, and NOVO Health Services, Atlanta, recently announced that their exclusive partnership agreement to offer Cupron’s antimicrobial copper patient linens to healthcare providers in key Midwest markets has been expanded to include portions of Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama, according to a news release.

Cupron’s continuously self-sanitizing copper linens provide an extra layer of protection during patient use. A growing portfolio of peer-reviewed outcome studies show that replacing regular patient linens with Cupron’s copper linens reduces the incidence of healthcare-associated infections in acute-care hospitals and are proven effective against a growing list of pathogens including MRSA, CRE, VRE, Candida auris, C. difficile and COVID-19.

“NOVO Health Services is the leading provider of healthcare laundry services in many key markets,” said Chris Andrews, CEO of Cupron. “NOVO continues to grow its footprint, has an exceptional team, and we are delighted to expand our exclusive arrangement and partner with them to provide our antimicrobial linens to more hospitals.”

Karl Fillip II, CEO of NOVO, said that, “The exclusive expansion to add Cupron linen to the NOVO portfolio of products in the Georgia marketplace furthers our commitment and overarching mission to improve patient outcomes to the customers we serve.”
