Penn Emblem Co. Inc., Trevose, PA, recently announced that the company promoted Tyler Joseph to digital marketing manager, a brand-new position at the company. In this role, Joseph will develop and manage a wide variety of internal/external digital marketing and communication strategies for the company to drive growth and promote the Penn brand of products and services by using the latest technologies and social media tools, according to a news release.

“Penn Emblem needs the right individual to lead our digital marketing initiatives to set us apart from the competition – I firmly believe Tyler is that person!” said Rob Cholodofsky, director of IT at Penn Emblem.

Joseph joined Penn Emblem as a full-time employee in 2017. In January 2019, he transitioned to a new position within the IT Department as a project manager. In this role, he conducted extensive planning and analysis that ultimately led to Penn Emblem’s current customer relationship management strategy.

Starting out as a logistics coordinator when he joined the Penn Emblem staff, Joseph was instrumental in working with the company’s freight partners to negotiate lower rates for domestic and international shipments. He also implemented a key program to ensure UPS’s Service Level Agreement to Penn. Additionally, Joseph worked long, hard hours to be part of a team that cleaned out and moved the Philadelphia warehouse to Penn’s current corporate headquarters in Trevose, the release noted.
