JENSEN CEO Jesper Munch Jensen and Chief Sales Officer Martin Rauch welcomed visitors each morning to JENSEN Performance Days in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, by emphasizing the need for collaboration in “creating the future for laundry automation.” Together with the company’s strategic partners Gotli Labs and Inwatec, the exhibit featured the latest JENSEN products, and highlighted new technologies and approaches to solving traditional and emerging laundry challenges.

“JENSEN Performance Days provides an opportunity for more detailed, lengthy discussions fostering greater collaboration toward increased productivity,” said Jesper Munch Jensen. “We have gathered JENSEN’s best minds from across the world in one location to help our customers, and future customers, optimize their processes.”

The exhibits were divided into market sectors of industrial, hospitality and healthcare to highlight innovations in these specific operational environments. In addition, there was a quadrant dedicated to ALPHA by JENSEN, a range of value-engineered, standalone equipment with more standard configurations with fewer options and customization.

The event attracted hundreds of customers and prospects from around the world to Mallorca over seven days. The conference featured general sessions on Industry 4.0, robotics and artificial intelligence, as well as breakout discussions on market-specific challenges and social events.

“The focused, collaborative environment allowed additional time for participants to discuss problems in detail with experts from the JENSEN team and colleagues,” said TRSA President & CEO Joseph Ricci, who attended the event. “Listening to these discussions with TRSA members from the U.S., Canada and Europe, as well as South America, only reinforced that the global linen, uniform and facility services industry faces common challenges of labor shortages and costs, and that collaborative environments are critical to the overall future success of the industry.”
