Prudential a Finalist for Orange County ACG Award

IRVINE, CA, May 2, 2011 – Prudential Overall Supply, Irvine, CA, recently was selected as a finalist for the Green Award from the Orange County (CA) Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). The award will be presented at the organization’s 2011 Annual Awards event. The event honors exceptional companies in Orange County, and is scheduled for May 12 at The Island Hotel in Newport Beach, CA.

The Annual Awards event begins at 5 p.m. with a reception honoring the finalists. The awards presentation is slated for 6:30 p.m., and the evening wraps up with a networking hour and dessert beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Up to five awards will be presented at this year’s ceremony. To be considered for an award, a company must have:

  • A minimum of $20 million in annual revenue.
  • Shown profit the last two years and going forward.
  • Senior management located in Orange County or Inland Empire.
  • Company or high-ranking “c-level” executive hasn’t won an OCBJ (Orange County Business Journal) or E&Y (Ernst & Young) Award in the last three years.

Founded in 1954, ACG is an international organization dedicated to fostering sound corporate growth. Each May, the Orange County Chapter of ACG holds an Annual Awards ceremony to recognize companies that have demonstrated growth and leadership in their respective industries. This year’s awards committee narrowed down the finalists from a list of more than 100 nominations.
