Prudential Gets Enviro Award

Prudential Overall Supply, Irvine, CA, recently received the 2017 Encina Wastewater Authority Gold Award for perfect environmental compliance at its Vista, CA, location, according to a news release.

This environmental accolade, bestowed by the Encina Wastewater Authority (EWA), recognizes businesses throughout North San Diego County (CA) that have attained 100% compliance with industrial wastewater regulations.

City of Vista Mayor Judy Ritter sent a letter to Prudential congratulating the company on this honor and its ongoing “contributions to environmental compliance in our region.”

This award is the latest benchmark in Prudential’s ongoing efforts to promote eco-friendly business practices. The company is Clean Green certified, a third-party-verified program administered by TRSA that’s dedicated to conserving energy and reducing industrial pollutants. In addition to its Clean Green certification, Prudential also has received a Certificate of Partnership from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for its use of green power.
