Rentwear to Absorb Sister Company Saniserv

Rentwear Inc., North Canton, OH, recently absorbed its sister company Saniserv Inc., which operated out of the same facility as Rentwear. The transaction took effect on Oct. 1, according to a news release.

Saniserv was founded in 1992 as a dust-control company offering floor mat and mop rental service primarily to office buildings. The company had 660 customers and two route service representatives as of September 2020. All customers and employees will be absorbed by Rentwear.

“When we started Saniserv in 1992, it gave us the chance to serve businesses outside of Rentwear’s typically industrial and foodservice customers,” said Saniserv President and Rentwear Vice President Tadd Clay. “But today, absorbing Saniserv into Rentwear will allow us to better serve all our customers and create more efficiency.”

Saniserv customers will see little to no changes to their service besides the name on the bill. Delivery day, route service representatives, pricing and products will remain the same.
