Rentwear Inc., a uniform and facility services company based in North Canton, OH, will sell and rent floor mats that read ‘Stomp Out Breast Cancer,’ and the proceeds will go to a local breast cancer patient, Christine Boron, and the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation, according to a news release.

Local businesses and individuals can purchase the mats, and current Rentwear customers can add them to their service. The mats will be available now through October of this year. Displaying the floor mats will help raise breast cancer awareness in the community.

“We’ve seen the impact breast cancer can have on an individual and their family,” said Chris Clay, vice president of production at Rentwear. “That’s why it’s so important to do everything we can to support local patients and nonprofits that make a difference.”

The beneficiary, Boron, is a Stark County resident fighting breast cancer all the while taking care of her eight children and her father who has dementia. “When we heard about Christine’s situation, we knew we had to do something to help,” Clay said. “We just want to make her life a little bit easier.”

Rentwear also will give to the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation – a local nonprofit that gives financial grants directly to Ohio breast cancer patients. “The Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation does amazing things for breast cancer patients in our community,” Clay said. “We knew from the moment we met with them, we needed to include their organization in this campaign. We’re thrilled to see how much good this campaign can do.”
