Softrol Expands its Sales Staff

Jarrod Randle recently joined the Softrol Systems Inc., Acworth, GA, sales team as the company’s new manager of service and support, according to a news release.

This role was designed to add a new level of customer support, the company noted in its release. “With continued efforts to improve our customer experience, Softrol Systems has hired Jarrod Randle, a professional in after-sales service,” said Dave Smith, vice president of sales and marketing at Softrol. “As our manager of service and support, Jarrod is responsible for Softrol’s CRM-driven customer support system and our spare parts & RMA department.
